Our team has an extensive background in event planning, and we’ve seen it all! While we hope for blue skies, we know Mother Nature does not always cooperate. That’s where a backup plan comes into play. We ensure all outdoor events have a contingency plan and communicate with our clients to ensure we have thought of everything.

FLEXIBILITY OF SPACE

Our spacious clubhouse has a large banquet hall, as well as several smaller rooms. This means that even in the event of bad weather, we can still make sure your guests have plenty of space to enjoy the festivities. Whether or not we move your event inside, you can be assured that we’ll make it work.

WE’RE CONNECTED

We can also work with a local vendor to secure a tent to provide shelter from the rain. These tents range in size from a cozy 10×10 to massive ones with vaulted ceilings. Nowadays, tents can be equipped with clear walls so you can still take in the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, we can add linens, chandeliers, and market lights to create a beautiful atmosphere.

PLENTY OF HANDS ON DECK

In the event we must shift to our backup plan and move your event inside, we have plenty of staff members to assist. Our team will commence an “all hands-on deck” situation to ensure all of your items are moved to a place whether they will be removed from the rain and your guests are safe and well taken care of.
