Facilities and Capacity
The TCL Board Room
From the balcony, you and your guests will enjoy a beautiful view of the 18th hole. The Board Room is used mostly for meetings, but can also be used for small intimate social gatherings of 40 including a bar. The hospitality of Longview will be apparent as guests sit by the fireplace. Equipped with wireless Internet connection, conference speaker phone, LCD projector, HD flatscreen TV’s, and audio/video equipment will provide exactly what is needed for any event.
The Graham Ballroom
Upon first entering, your eye catches the vaulted ceiling, chandeliers, and understated elegance. This is the perfect room for your next elaborate celebration. This room can also be used in conjunction with the Wine cellar, Garden room, Courtyard room, and Terrace to host a sit-down dinner for 200 or a stand up hors d’oeuvres function for 250.
The Wine Cellar
This room exudes a trip around the world with its beautiful wine country mural, wine vaults, and old world men in armor! Guest will love the intimacy this room so graciously offers, as they gather around the country style tables. Our wine connoisseurs gather here for our monthly Wine Social Event. The room has a seating capacity of up to 20.
The Garden Room
The Garden Rooms is located adjacent to the Graham Ballroom, and often used together for larger parties. This room is perfect for small meetings from 2 to 20, and offers access to the back terrace.
In addition to your wedding ceremony and reception, you can also celebrate your engagement party or bridal shower to let us make each event unique. This venue offers many services to help you navigate your wedding day. Hosting your day at The Club at Longview includes everything from your formal setup of tables and chairs, lap length table linens, and dance floor to a personal tasting and meal planning.
